SHIPPING AND REFUND

 

Shipping:

We ship to all 50 states; Washington, DC; U.S. P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. The shipping methods offered during checkout will differ based on number of pieces purchased.

 

 

 

Returns and Exchanges:

We hope that you enjoy your ILAVA purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied you can return it to us in its original condition, for a refund within 7 days of receipt. Please note:

 

  • Shipping costs will not be refunded

  • Returned items should not be visibly worn, visibly worn items will be returned to the customer

  • For hygienic purposes, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • There are no returns on sale items – unless the item is physically damaged

  • Once your return is received and reviewed, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning any items and ILAVA is not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in the process. As goods can take up to 7 working days to arrive with us, please ensure you allow adequate time for any return
